Short Documentary / Pre-production 2024 - Current

A documentary exploring the monastic life through the eyes of Father Augustine, a Benedictine monk of over twenty-five years and published author. The film examines why someone would commit to this path, revealing both the struggles and spiritual discoveries that define decades of contemplative living.

Through carefully composed cinematography, everyday monastic rituals are presented with reverence and intention. A single task like lighting a candle becomes a meditation on purpose and holiness. The film weaves in principles from the book Humility Rules through quotes, poetry, and imagery.
